General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
1. Applicability
These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop. Our shop is intended exclusively for consumers.
A consumer is any natural person entering into a legal transaction for purposes predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession. An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity acting in the exercise of its trade, business, or profession when entering into a legal transaction.
2. Contractual Partner, Conclusion of Contract, Correction Options
The purchase contract is concluded with Sketchus.
By displaying the products in our online shop, we provide a binding offer to enter into a contract for these items. You can initially place our products in the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction tools provided during the ordering process.
The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the goods in your cart by clicking the order button. After submitting your order, you will receive an email confirmation.
3. Contract Language and Storage of Contract Text
The language available for the conclusion of the contract is German.
We store the contract text and send you the order details and our terms and conditions in text form. For security reasons, the contract text is no longer accessible online.
4. Delivery Conditions
In addition to the stated product prices, shipping costs may apply. You will find details about any applicable shipping costs in the offers.
Delivery is by shipment only. Unfortunately, self-collection of goods is not possible.
5. Payment
The following payment methods are generally available in our shop:

Prepayment via Bank Transfer
After selecting this option, you will receive our bank details in a separate email. The goods will be delivered after the payment is received. -
Cash on Delivery
Pay the purchase price directly to the delivery agent. No additional costs apply. -
Credit Card
When placing your order, you provide your credit card details. After verification as the rightful cardholder, the payment transaction is automatically processed, and your card is charged. -
PayPal and PayPal Express
You will be redirected to PayPal’s website during the order process. To pay via PayPal, you must be registered or first register, authenticate with your login details, and confirm the payment instruction. PayPal will automatically process the transaction. -
Klarna (Instant Transfer, Invoice, Installment Payments)
Klarna services offer various payment options, including direct transfers, pay-later options, and installment plans. You may need to be registered with Klarna, depending on the payment method chosen. -
Google Pay and Apple Pay
For these services, ensure you are registered with the respective provider and have activated the payment feature. Transactions are processed immediately after confirmation.
For other payment methods like Giropay, Skrill, Amazon Pay, or paydirekt, refer to the specific instructions during the checkout process.
6. Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
7. Transport Damage
If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please immediately report such damage to the carrier and contact us promptly. Failure to file a complaint or contact us does not affect your legal rights, including warranty claims.
8. Warranty and Guarantees
Unless otherwise expressly agreed, statutory liability for defects applies.
The limitation period for defect claims for used goods is one year from delivery. The above limitations do not apply to claims for damages caused by us, our legal representatives, or agents in cases of:
- Injury to life, body, or health.
- Intentional or gross negligence.
- Breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations).

9. Liability
We are always fully liable for claims arising from damages caused by us, our legal representatives, or agents in cases of:
- Injury to life, body, or health.
- Intentional or gross negligence.
- Guarantee commitments, if agreed upon.
- Applicability of the Product Liability Act.
For breaches of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations) through slight negligence, liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for such contracts.
In all other cases, claims for damages are excluded.
